jlll Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the jlll platform — including the website at jlll.click, any mobile application, or associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using jlll immediately. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms, including any updates that jlll may publish from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of jlll — whether you are browsing as a guest, registering a new account, placing bets, making deposits, or withdrawing winnings. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jlll.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a jlll account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. jlll takes underage gambling seriously and has zero tolerance for minors on the platform.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online betting through a Philippine-licensed operator is permitted under local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jlll or its associated companies.
• You must not be listed on any government-mandated exclusion register or self-exclusion database applicable to Philippine gaming.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jlll reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or any other documentation reasonably necessary to confirm that a player meets these requirements.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active jlll account. Creating multiple accounts — under your own name, under aliases, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact number. jlll is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information you provide.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jlll account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. jlll will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact jlll support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your jlll account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
• Never log in from unsecured public Wi-Fi without a VPN
• Log out of jlll on shared or public devices after every session

jlll reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

jlll accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits: All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. jlll does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit limits may vary by payment method — check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current figures.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your name and, where possible, to the same channel used for deposits. jlll does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Minimum withdrawal amounts are ₱200 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers.

KYC before withdrawal: jlll requires successful identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard regulatory requirement for all licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.

jlll reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, jlll will notify you and may request additional documentation.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jlll are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered placed and binding once jlll issues a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet should be treated as unplaced.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum bet is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds: Odds are set by jlll and may change at any time before bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it is settled at the odds accepted at the time of confirmation — regardless of subsequent movements.
• Event cancellations: If an event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for partial play (e.g., boxing rounds completed before stoppage) are detailed in the relevant game rules section.
• Errors: jlll reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error. You will be notified and your stake returned in full.

jlll does not accept bets from persons who have material non-public information about the outcome of an event. Any bet suspected of being placed on this basis may be voided and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

jlll may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods — which must be read and accepted before opting in.

General bonus rules that apply across all jlll promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Philippine residents aged 21 and above only
• One bonus per promotion per household, per device, per payment method, and per IP address
• Bonus funds are credited to your jlll account and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted
• Winnings from bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement may not be withdrawn
• jlll reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including through multi-accounting or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jlll and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one jlll account
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with jlll outside of normal user behaviour
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on privileged non-public information
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of jlll to facilitate illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise jlll's systems or databases
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlll staff or other players via any communication channel
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches to obtain funds you are not entitled to

jlll actively monitors accounts for unusual activity. If your account is flagged, jlll may freeze it pending investigation without prior notice. During any investigation, you will not be able to access funds in your account.

08 Responsible Gaming

jlll is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. Betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, and not something that causes stress or hardship in your daily life.

jlll provides the following responsible gaming tools to every registered player:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings
• Loss limits: Restrict how much you can lose in a given period
• Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you how long you've been on the platform
• Cool-down period: Take a short break from betting without closing your jlll account
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer exclusion period — from weeks to years — if you feel you need a more serious break

09 Account Suspension and Closure

jlll may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• A court order or regulatory directive requiring account closure
• Your request for self-exclusion
• Inactivity for an extended period (jlll will notify you before any inactivity-related closure)

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting jlll support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account — after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations — will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Balances in accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited at jlll's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent activity or exploitation of the platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlll platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page designs, game interfaces, odds data, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of jlll or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jlll content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for its intended purpose is permitted and does not require additional authorisation.

The jlll brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of jlll's brand identity — including impersonation in any form — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jlll collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide its services, comply with regulatory requirements, and protect the integrity of the platform. The types of data collected include registration information, transaction records, device data, and usage logs.

By using jlll, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with jlll's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what rights you have as a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

jlll does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement where legally required.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlll shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond jlll's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss or damage caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• Any financial losses arising from betting decisions you make on the platform
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information or odds that contained a clear and obvious error

Nothing in these Terms limits jlll's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

jlll provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If you have a dispute with jlll, please contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. jlll is committed to fair and prompt resolution of player concerns.

If an issue cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration under Philippine arbitration rules. Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes before initiating formal proceedings.

Any formal legal proceedings shall be brought in the competent courts of the Philippines. By using jlll, you submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute.
